Apply for a Self-Directed Brokerage Account

Be sure to read the Customer Account Agreement thoroughly and print a copy for your records. By signing the account application, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in the agreement.

• Call 800-888-4700 to apply by phone with an investment specialist. They are available between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. CT Monday through Friday. Choose this option if you would like to transfer your existing brokerage account to U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc.

• Download either a Self-Directed Brokerage Application or Discount IRA Application, complete the application, sign it and mail it to:
